Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • 6 cupsBroccoli
  • 1 cupShredded carrots
  • 1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cupGolden/dark raisins
  • 1 cupCooked bacon (chopped)
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • tbspCider vinegar
  • 1 cupMayonnaise
  • 1 tbspCelery seed
  • ½ tspSalt
  • ¼ tspBlack pepper
  • Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

    Cut woody ends from broccoli; cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Add raisins, cheese, bacon, and carrots.

    Combine sugar, vinegar, mayo, celery seed, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

    Pour dressing over broccoli mixture; mix well.

    Refrigerate. Can be made a day ahead.
