- 1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cupGolden/dark raisins
- 1 cupCooked bacon (chopped)
- 1 tbspSugar
- 2½ tbspCider vinegar
- 1 cupMayonnaise
- 1 tbspCelery seed
- ½ tspSalt
- ¼ tspBlack pepper
- Fresh lemon juice

Cut woody ends from broccoli; cut into bite-sized pieces.

Add raisins, cheese, bacon, and carrots.

Combine sugar, vinegar, mayo, celery seed, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Pour dressing over broccoli mixture; mix well.
