Sauté peppers and onions in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Mix chicken with cooked vegetables.

Combine 2 tbsp fajita seasoning, cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar, salt, and pepper.

Mix everything together; transfer to baking pan.
