- 2 lbsFlank steak
- 1 cupBeef broth
- 8 ozTomato sauce
- 1 Sliced onion
- 1 Sliced green pepper
- 2 Clovescrushed garlic
- 6 ozTomato paste
- 1 tspCumin
- Sea salt, Black pepper
Instructions

Season flank steak with salt and pepper.

Brown on all sides in oil.

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Place steak in slow cooker; pour mixture over.

Cover and cook on high 4 hours.

Pull steak apart with forks.

Serve over rice; garnish with cilantro or parsley.
